Why We Exist

Life moves fast. Most of us spend our days in a cycle of constant output - juggling work, family, and social commitments - with very little time left to actually catch our breath. We often end up feeling wired, depleted, and disconnected from the people who matter most, carrying the friction of our day home with us.

We started The Reset Club because we believe life shouldn’t feel like a constant uphill battle. We noticed that most of us are trying to handle our stress all on our own, but regulation isn’t something we have to find in isolation. We’re wired for connection.

We created this space to change the narrative. Our approach is based on a simple, science-backed truth: we are designed for connection and we can regulate together. When we come together to move, breathe, and share, we use our collective presence to steady one another. By creating these intentional spaces, we help you step out of "survival mode" and back into a life that feels grounded, clear, and, above all, human.

Our Mission

To restore our capacity by teaching the world how to regulate, individually and together.

We believe that movement, breath, and community are the building blocks of a better life. We transform how people show up for themselves and each other by providing the tools to move out of survival mode and back into deep, human connection.

Our Vision

A world where coming back to ourselves is something we do together. We envision a culture where every team, family, and community understands the power of individual and collective regulation; a world where we are no longer trying to navigate life's pressures in isolation, but are instead steadying one another through the power of presence.

The Three Pillars of The Reset

Everything we do at The Reset Club is built upon three fundamental pillars of nervous system health:

Movement:
Reconnecting the mind and body to release held tension and restore a sense of physical safety.

Breath:
Utilising the most immediate, accessible tool we have to shift our physiological state from "fight or flight" to clarity.

Connection:
Creating intentional, heart-centered spaces of trust where we can be seen, heard, and supported by one another.

For Everyone, Everywhere

Whether you are a leadership team looking to break down silos and build psychological safety, or a group of friends wanting to celebrate life with intention and depth, The Reset Club provides the container you need.

We don't just teach regulation; we facilitate an experience. We move from the individual "I" to the collective "we," ensuring that everyone leaves feeling more deeply connected to themselves and to each other.

Because when we create more capacity for our nervous systems, we create more capacity for life.

A Note from Kate

Before I was a nervous system specialist, I worked in event management for nearly a decade. I spent years in high-pressure, fast-paced environments where the only expectation was to keep pushing - to execute, deliver, and perform, day after day. I know exactly what it feels like to run on fumes, stuck in a cycle of constant output with absolutely no time for input, rest, or real connection.

I also know the cost of that cycle firsthand: I hit burnout. I saw how a culture of constant demand doesn't just lower our productivity, it hurts our humanity. When we spend our days in survival mode, we lose our capacity for the things and the people that matter most.

I didn't just want to fix my burnout; I wanted to understand the science behind it. This curiosity led to a pivot in my career and to intensive, dedicated research into the brain and the body. Today, I combine my background in neuroscience and psychological science with my work as a certified breathwork facilitator to offer a different way forward.

My approach isn't about just changing your mindset; it’s about working bottom-up to create real physiological safety. I bring a blend of science and heart to every session, because I founded The Reset Club to help people reclaim their capacity. I know that when we stop the constant output and intentionally prioritise connecting and regulating together, we don’t just become better at our jobs - we become more resilient, connected humans.
